    Deleting Game Saves Issues


    Recently, my game saves just stopped working and now when they try to save it tells me to delete them from the console. When I try to do that, it gets stuck during the restart. Is there a way to remedy this or do I need to factory reset the console?

    Some achievements not unlocking.

    Sometimes uninstalling your game and deleting your local save can fix the issue. Just make sure not to delete your online save.

    if you deleted the game and all saved data that could be why, but if you didn't delete the saved data try hard resetting your console and see if that fixes your issue.

    NO, do NOT delete the save from your Xbox 360. It seems those other Ambassadors mistake your issue with a Xbox One problem.
