Deleting ESO Xbox One

Good Evening Xbox ESO forum,

I have been receiving multiple game play errors from ESO on XBOX ONE and have found the only solution to possibly be deleting the game off the console and reinstalling the game. Does this remove the characters I have created and played because I have two
veteran ranked toons already.

Please ADVISE

Yeah, ESO was paused on my DL list for a long time before I eventually just deleted it.

eso is also for ps4 and Xbox One

I'm not entirely sure, however those characters are saved to your eso account that you created. If you sign back in to that account those characters should be there. I think they will be fine, but again I'm not entirely sure.

Navigate to where the game is stored. You can do this several ways, the easiest is to choose the 'My Games & Apps' tile, then navigate to the games section.

Once there, highlight the ESO tile, then press the menu button.

Select "Manage Game". This will bring up the option to uninstall.

When you select uninstall, it will bring up a screen that should have both your game and your game save data listed as separate files. Simply choose the game file. This will uninstall only the game. Your save data will remain unless you choose to uninstall
it.

This has been going on since Friday. Every solution out there seems to be temporary. It seems to let you log in once per day and utilize ESO+ and then you lose it until you do a hard reset. Even that isn't working for some people. Some of us had to delete
the account, do a hard reset, and restore the account and then ESO+ was temporarily restored. Log out and log into ESO again, and ESO+ is no longer active. Hopefully this post helps some people to access their ESO+ subscription, even if it is just temporarily.

Me too. Who can tell if it 8s xbox or ESO? I was playing, reset my Xbox one because of the stupid invisible NPC issue and haven't been able to get back in to ESO and I get the same error.
