Discus and support Deleting Cloud Saves on PC - future possibility in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; Just wondering where I'd make a suggestion to Xbox guys, to be able to delete Cloud saves on Xbox games on the PC.     Deleting Cloud Saves on PC - future possibility


    Just wondering where I'd make a suggestion to Xbox guys, to be able to delete Cloud saves on Xbox games on the PC. It's a doddle on the console, but for some reason I can't remove the saves for my PC games, which for some means I can't start them again, which is very frustrating!

    Only way to fix is to delete the game save. For future saves I suggest uploading a copy to the cloud as it will be much safer there.

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Unfortunately, this is not possible from the PC to delete the save from the cloud. I have searched everywhere to make sure of this. Even if you found the game file on the PC it will not delete it from the
    cloud. Only way I know of to do this is from a console. Do you have a friend you can download your profile on their console then the game. If this game is purchased from steam you can delete it

    I see... exists the possibility that the current cloud save for this game is corrupted.

    Please try when possible accessing to the game via cloud gaming using a different device to cover this possibility

    (Or download it to your console if compatible)

    Because if that's the reason, sadly you may need to delete the cloud save
