    Deleting cloud saves of xbox360 game on xbox One


    LSS: I have tried every guide I can find on clearing the save game data for an Xbox360 game (DragonAge:Origins) on my Xbox One. It always resyncs with the cloud and I do not want the save game data to do that. Please help. A side note: my Xbox One does not give me the option to "Delete Everywhere" when I go to delete the save data.

    Open the game and when you are in the game's start menu press the VIEW and MENU buttons together, a window will open, go and select ''manage storage'', select ''yes'', and in ''saved games'' look for the game and delete the progress.

    Is there any way to delete save files from the cloud anymore?

    Thanks for the reply! But that's the exact issue I'm having. There is no option for "delete everywhere" that pops up when I'm managing my games and apps. The only option I get is "delete saved data" which only deletes from my harddrive and not the
    cloud as I have tested it already.
    Are you using a xbox360 or XBOX one?

    You can't delete cloud content, but if you delete something from your console it will be also deleted in the cloud.

    Here in the Netherlands also error 80151912 on my Xbox360 console.
    Xbox360 games on my Xbox Series X have trouble to access the 'Cloud saved games'.

    Hi Rust in Peace95,

    If you have a local save that is corrupted, you can recover the cloud save. To do this go to your game tile, press menu, then manage game, then Saved data. Press A, and select "Delete From Console". Make sure you do not delete from everywhere or you'll
    purge your saved game. After that your game will re-sync the last good saved data from the cloud.
