    I’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out how to fix this issue. I usually upload my game clips to the Xbox Activity Feed. Today I was alerted that my Xbox Network Storage is full and some clips need to be deleted.

    The issue is, deleting these clips from the network also removes them from the Activity Feed, defeating the purpose of sharing them to that feed.

    I don’t stream my gameplay often and don’t have a dedicated gaming account where I can share my clips apart from maybe X (Twitter). I play every day and have 5-10 clips minimum from each play session, and this can add up quickly.

    I’m at a point where I need to make space and I’m wondering why the Activity Feed clips depend on Xbox Network metadata to exist? Why not upload the file to the feed so it can stand on its own and I can clear my network storage for more clips?

    I’ve searched the web, Google, Reddit, and have not found a fix for this. The ones I found suggested uploading to OneDrive, but this doesn’t fix the issue, or just deleting them, which is not what I want to do. The others I found were closed to new comments or submissions, which is what prompted this post.

    Can this be fixed? Is Xbox aware that this is an issue that needs a resolution? If not, let’s let them know. Interact with this so they know it’s still an issue we need a fix for. In the meantime, I’m going to upload my clips to X I guess…

    I completely get your frustration! This issue affects a lot of players. Deleting clips from Xbox Network removing them from the Activity Feed definitely defeats the purpose of sharing gameplay moments.

    Your idea to make Activity Feed clips independent of Xbox Network storage is a great suggestion. Unfortunately, Xbox hasn’t addressed this yet, but I recommend sending your feedback to the Xbox team. They actively review suggestions, and the more voices highlighting this, the better the chances of a fix.

    Screenshots will not delete from or upload to the Xbox network.

    Same issues. So I tried to delete a clip in the app and it said it was unable to. I deleted it from the network with the Xbox one and it deleted. I also deleted a clip from the console hard drive along with several screenshots and that works with no issues.

    Sometimes when viewing clips on the network it shows old clips that I've already deleted, but they aren't veiwable. Switching between everything and game clips in manage captures makes them disappear.

    This does not happen when I delete clips or screenshots directly from the Xbox one hard drive.

    I checked network settings and it says NAT type: Open and all services available.

    Still can't delete or upload screenshots at all, only clips.

    Ok as of now if I add someone the very bottom post won't disappear, I have my profile on 2 consoles i removed my profile from my other Xbox and it seems to not remove my clips from the activity feed but i can't get the already removed clips from the feed
    back but its on xbox i can just reshare it at anytime. Thx for the feedback on this situation.
