Since Microsoft, Xbox Support are such a scummy business and service that they have absolutely no infrastructure in place to make sure their system is working properly, and they designed this process to purposefully
be as oppressive and abusive as possible to their customers, does the unfounded violation remain on an account if it's permanently deleted?

Once a Microsoft account is permanently deleted, can a new account be made with the same email, and not fall into this poorly-managed draconian pit of Microsoft's ineptitude and bad business? I don't plan on buying anything on this new account, because it's
now painfully obvious that Microsoft is comfortable with thievery and abusing their customers, but out of principle I'd rather not have an unjustifiable allegation
tied to my person that I cannot reconcile. While this has no legal standing, this still feels like a violation of the Sixth Amendment. One can never face their accuser. From an ethical standpoint, this is extremely disrespectful and malicious on the
    part of Microsoft.

    :)

    Hi there IndoorBradster

Only enforcement can deal with that kind of thing and it is a odd one for certain, Sadly I can only suggest with that one contacting xbox support with that one. About your 6th amendment the terms of service and so forth does mention that they have the right
to close your account when they deem necessary (aka if you break code of conduct or Terms of service) so that isn't breaking your amendments/rights due to you did agree to ToS.

I cannot log into support.xbox.com, and from what others have said, microsoft and xbox are so inept that they have no customer support for this.

On the 6th amendment, I don't know for sure if I violated the code of conduct or Terms of service, because I received no form of explanation. I understand this has no legal standing, although I would think a business
like Microsoft would strive to achieve ethical business practices, not to throw their customers out like garbage.

I may discuss this with a lawyer though for more insight, because while Microsoft reserved the right to be malicious, if they cannot define how the code of conduct or ToS was violated, then how am I to be sure the code of conduct or ToS was actually broken?
I don't believe this is efficient enough to be considered a 'Notice of Breach'.

I digress, this isn't about the blatant lies of Microsoft and Xbox Live enforcement values being integrity, compassion, and precision. This is about deleting the account to remove the unfounded allegation.

    Hello IndoorBradster,

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We're sorry to hear about the account ban. We noticed that there is a

    duplicate thread
that was locked by a moderator since the question was answered. We also noticed that a new question was asked on this thread. Once a Microsoft account has been banned, that email address can no longer be used with Microsoft's services.
A new account will need to be created with a different email address. Please refrain from creating duplicate threads.

    TheXbox Forum Guidelines
    state:

    9) "Please do not have a large percentage of your posts that are only negative rants against anything Microsoft, Xbox, or the membership. This is a form of trolling that only inflames the community and incites more flaming and abusive posts."

We will be locking this thread since a large percentage of this post goes against the forum guidelines. We are more than happy to provide assistance with any other issues that arise.

Are you talking about deleting an account that's already been suspended so you can use the name or deleting a normal account?
