Deleting a gamertag on gold account

Hi,

I have given up trying to resolve accessing 3 profiles assocaited with my family gold account. I can access my tag with my email and password but last week lost access to the 3 tags assocaited with this account. Previoulsy I had each tag had the email and
used my password when this was asked for but now it will not work. I have tried getting this sorted but on line support failed andwhen flagged up to the advocacy team as they could not get the code to work could not continue as they could not identify me.
I can log into using each of the 3 gamertags to do a password rest it accepts the tag email and brings up my account email to send the code to. I get the code but when I put it in the field it keep coming up with that code won't work. This family account has
3 months extension as it all cahnged in August last year. All tags expire in June. If I delete them will I lose them or will I be able to create new ones with a definitive e-mail and password??? I am aware I will lose all the tags history etc.

Same Gamertag and Points For Xbox Live when New Xbox Is Released?

I don't think they'll be changing anything with accounts. They will probably stay the same, and if they do decide for whatever reason to delete all gamertags, people will be furious.
