Deleted Xbox live reward code on accident

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website. If you are talking about a general
promotion, you should try reaching out to support on the general Sales and Promotions forum.

The Xbox Rewards Program does not send currency via codes. If this was from the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Or if it was from a promotion on the console, you would need to post in
the sales and promotions forum.

I did the same, I was writing the code down and hit the delete button by accident before writing down the final 5 characters. Is there anyway the rewards department can be contacted to request that the code is resent please.

Did you accidently delete the code?

If you Deleted the Code, you can leave a post on here stating that you deleted the code and an Xbox Staff Member will make sure the same message was sent back to you.
