Deleted windows 10 games it was not responding, can't figure out how to reinstall

Thanks anyway for the help, I appreciate it. If I can't get them to respond I might just have to figure out how to upgrade to Windows 10.

I can't get (Games for windows live to work) on windows 10!!!, Either the APP stops responding when password and email typed in and it goes to load, or it says live assistance not installed!
