Deleted store from Xbox one x

I think I accidentally deleted the store from my Xbox . I bought two games in a bundle during a sale and afterward they were not installing. Instead the Xbox stated that the Microsoft store was installing on my Xbox. After reaching 100% on installing the store was not completing for several minutes and I was unable to open the store because it was “installing”. I then had the idea to cancel the installation which removed the store from my apps on my Xbox. I can no longer open the store from any method I have found online on my Xbox. I am having the same problem on all accounts on my Xbox. Is there anyway I can fix this?

Have you tried doing a full power cycle on the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. Unplug the power cable for 2 mins and then power back on?

I already tried to open the Ubisoft Club app and it doesn't open, it directs to the store, as if to install the app again, so you start the app and again it doesn't open, I already deleted the app, reinstalled it, downloaded it from a store in another
location and does not work,my console is xbox one X.
