    Hello. Ive been playing Fallout 4 offline (have and broadband allowance) with no problems. The other day I lost all my saves from Fallout 4. Did a hard restart on the Xbox one and now no discs will play, Ive tried with Halo as well. Message says I must connect
    to Xbox live, which I do, but still no joy. Its very strange and annoying, to have lost about 50 hours of saves from Fallout and now I cant even play a game. Any suggestions much appreciated. Gareth.

    Fallout 4 Cloud Save

    So I accidentally deleted a save file, went ahead and deleted the local saves from the game and signed out of Live, signed back in and started up the game again.

    When the Cloud save uploaded, the save file I had deleted was back, but the one I was playing was gone. No exit save either.

    Is there a way to say, reload the cloud save from yesterday?

    Problems with disc reader

    I'm having the same problem playing off the disc. When I first played the game it started up fine but then unable to read after creating a save. Deleted the game saves from Xbox and bought a new disc and same thing: stopped working after first save.

    Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge... cloud save issue

    Got my disc to read. Played on the 360 to update my save. Saved to cloud and deleted the save on my x1.

    Played using the (previously played on another xbox option and it took the updated cloudsave.

    My issue was a dirty disc, but if anyone KNOWS how to do it with a USB drive please reply lol

    they should be different files. One called "game save" and another called "install disc" Or "Game". Deleting disc should not effect your game saves.

    Thanks. I'm uninstalling now. If this doesn't help, I'm going to buy a 16 GB flash drive (they're like $12.99 at best buy) and install disc 2 on there. Hope this works!

    Skyrim Disc Unreadable

    I found out it wasn't the disc itself but the save file. Apparently it was corrupted or something and everytime I scrolled past it the unreadable disc message appeared. I deleted the save and went to an older one since I could now reach it and the game works
    fine.

    If you're playing with a disc (say the old xbox one version) then it could be the disc is damaged. If it's happening on only one world it could be a corrupt save file. Respectively you'd have to get a new disc or delete the corrupted save file. If it's
    not either of those issues, maybe try reinstalling the game?
