Deleted profile and items, any way to get items back?

So I had a minecraft world that took me about six weeks to build, as well as a few game saves, and I accidentally deleted my profile (AND ITEMS) and that's why they vanished is there any way I could recover my account items back?

Put it this way if Jambo ever decided to get another xbox ONE and re-download the other ONE would lose access immediately after transferring licenses.

It works the same as the 360 licenses!

on the 360 he can delete his profile but keep the items or delete profile and items.
i'm not sure if the ONE gives you this option yet as i've not tried

Files deleted. Is there a way to retrieve? HELP!

If you deleted your profile & items then your game saves are gone forever i'm afraid,once deleted there is no way to get game saves back.

Any DLC or games that were deleted can be redownloaded, but unless you had them backed up, it is not possible to recover game saves.

Delete 'Profile Only', that should help; don't choose 'profile and items'.

Also, you should have made your own thread, rather than drag up an old, resolved one.

If your friends deletes the profile and items from his console, it will only affect his console. Your profile and content on your own console will remain intact.
