Deleted my XBL account from friends xbox

I wanted to try if I have my cars in forza 4 if I downloaded my profile on my friends xbox even though I don't have them saved on the cloud storage. So I realised that i cant access them and deleted the profile with the items because I didn't wanna leave
any stuff behind on his xbox. So later (still at my friends house) we decided to get some credits to tune a drift car through storefront (which requires live and he didnt have one) so I tried to download my profile again but it keeps saying that there's no
account with this e-mail. I'm about to head home tomorrow and i'm scared that this small mistake actually deleted all my progress and stuff even on my own xbox? Can i not even access my cars on my own xbox anymore when i get home? I read some stuff about if
one deleted a profile then it's impossible to access the saves anymore even if they're still on the storage... Should I abandon all hope already? I created a new account to post this topic. Thanks for reading, hope you can help.

cant retrieve my account

I made a duplicate account and i accidently deleted it and now i cant retrieve my profile can someone plz send me an email because im about to rage quit from xbox live . This dupicate was made so that i could play at my friends and he dosen't have XBL.

i'm having the same problem a friend said if deleted my xbl account from my hdd it might fix now i can't even download my profile now i just keep getting an error message and sent packing to the dashboard D:

 

My siblings and I transfer our accounts among 3 different Xboxes. We rarely have problems but if we do we solve them on our own console. When you return home you should be able to sign into your account on your xbox as that information can't be removed unless
you do it. You may also want to check your email for that account. As for your cars that's up in the air. I'm not sure how Forza works but I would believe they operate like most games today. hopefully this helped you and if not please feel free to post here

Thank you. I really hope you're right. What confuses me most is that I can no longer access my account through xbox website. I'll get home in 12hours and start working on it then, hopefully there's atleast some version of my profile there so all my saves
won't become corrupted

Adding and removing a Profile to a console should not 'delete' the whole account. It is possible that if your friend cleared his cache and you tried again it may work.

I've had success with the following steps:

1. Remove profile - SETTINGS page (far right from home page), select STORAGE, then find your profile and remove.

2. While in your hard drive under GAMES & APPS look for any red or yellow icons with incomplete or unknown. Delete them.

3.Clear System Cache - SETTINGS page, select STORAGE and highlight a drive but don't select it. Press Y and select Clear System Cache. Agree when asked.

4. Be Patient - turn your console off for a full minute. This assists in resetting the console.

5. Turn on the console and download your profile - it is the icon next to 'create a profile'. Try again

Unless you items were saved in the cloud which you say they weren't then they shouldn't be affected. Sometimes data on a console does get corrupted due to minor drop-outs etc. Test your system at home, it should still be okay. Any issues then definitely
come back.
