    Deleted my console save, now MS is trying to get me to pay for stuff I've already ...


    I'm about to lose it.... On boxing day, all of my offline and online KI data was wiped. Every character costume loadout was fine, but everything else....gone. I went to my save data tonight to delete it with the intent of copying(backup) to one drive,
    or a flash(which was not an option) first, so I deleted it. Now I'm being asked to pay for stuff I own/unlocked ages ago?

    Downloaded avatar item error, wants me to rebuy.

    I downloaded the Vork Outfit for my avatar earlier and got error code 800700E8. Now when I try to re-download it it wants me to pay the points for it again and trying to get it from my download history give me the same error. I've cleared my cache and
    deleted the item from the HDD.

    Any thoughts?

    I haven't deleted my marketplace chache but I will try that right now

    PS: I entered the avatar marketplace and tried to download it from there and it wants me to pay another 240 MS points!

    Try clearing your cache before you go deleting save files etc.

    I've had weird stuff like this happen before but clearing the cache usually seems to sort it for me.
