Deleted Microsoft Account - Can't access Live

Hi,

A few months back, my Microsoft account was blocked and then eventually closed for a reason I still currently don't understand. I would ask this in the Microsoft Forums but felt that they might tell me to go to the Xbox Forums (sorry if this is the wrong
section of the forums though).

Basically, my Microsoft account is closed but as far as I can tell, my Xbox Live account is still active (I can add it as a friend from the account I'm using now).
I was wondering if there was a way to transfer my Live account to a new Microsoft account (unfortunately, I cannot do it from my Xbox 360 as I can't access the account settings because I can't connect to Xbox Live from my Xbox, or anywhere
else). I can prove my identity when necessary if it is required to recover my account.

If transferring my account is possible, would my Xbox Live Gold subscription also carry over?

My E-Mail Account has been deleted

My E-Mail Account from my XBox Live Account has been deleted. The Problem is, that I can't access my XBox Live Account because the Password has been reset to that E-Mail account that has been deleted. What now?

 

Xbox 360 error 8015000A

I can't access my live account on my kids Xbox 360. I deleted my profile but now can't download it again. Error 8015000A keeps appearing. I've deleted cache tried initial setup and even formated the disk. No further forward. Help!

Hey there, Flyer! The only way to change your email address that is associated with your Xbox Live account is through

your Xbox 360. You can also
change the alias which will let you sign in with another email. Your Gold should transfer over.

If you are unable to sign in to this account anywhere, then it may be that the entire account has been deactivated, and we will be unable to recover that. If you are still being charged for Xbox Live Gold, you will need to contact support using the link
