    Deleted messages containing Gear of War downloadable Codes


    I was told by support to make a post here about this issue. The messages containing the redeemable codes for the 360 Games were deleted and I am unable to access the codes.

    Gears of War 3 Promotional Code Not Working

    I accidentally deleted the message containing my codes for Gear of War 1,2, and 3. I need my codes please. Xbox support directed me here at 7:26PST 1/15/17.

    To check the codes, you can sign in to the
    Xbox Message Center    . After receiving the codes, we strongly suggest that you save a copy. Messages are retained for a maximum of 30 days; after which they are automatically deleted. 

    If the codes are still unavailable we recommend that you contact our Xbox Chat Support so they can check if the codes were successfully sent to the correct account.
