Deleted Message from XBOX Live on final day of redemption

Hi Ricardo,

Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, once deleted there is no way of pulling the up. However if you request a call from support agent, they may be able to assist you if this code was sent by Xbox/Microsoft.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Sorry to hear about the issue! In order for us to look into this further, please let us know what game/promotion you are referring to. Thanks in advance!

The promotion would be delivered to your account via a message from Xbox Live. Those messages are usually seperate from your regular messages on the guide so double check there to see if it did come through. On the guide on the message tab, it is at the
bottom. I would also review your purchase history at account.microsoft.com Select Payments & Billing and choose Order History to make sure that your purchase is completed successfully and note the date it was finalized to allow for 7-10 days from that finalization
date.

Also want to verify that it is purchased through the Xbox Store, correct?

Halo Wars: Definitive Edition codes are sent within 7 to 10 days of a pre-order/purchase and sent to your Xbox Live Messages for redemption. Which day did you pre-order/purchase the game? If you've still not seen the message after 10 days, you'll want to
create a new post in the Sales & promotions forums for additional help.
