    well i was going to play some crackdown and dead rising 2 today but to my surprise they had been deleted off my console and i know i didnt do it and noone else did it and i cant re download them without having to buy them my gold recently ran out but all
    my other games with gold i have downloaded are all in place and in working order please let me know something soon

    Yes, sorry I should have specified that. Seems like a bit of an oversight to be honest not to be able to do that.

    deleted games

    you do not need gold to download them again for free unless they were part of the games with gold ones. those require a gold membership to get back without paying for them. just go to your download history and get them back good luck.

    In case you don't know the download history can be accessed on your console by going to Settings>Accounts>Download History to access them.

    they are not in my download history for some reason but i dl them got a cpl cheevos then started playing something else was gonna com back to em later

    Usually if something doesn't show up in your download history it means it was not purchased with that account. If you're 100% sure you purchased the games with this account, you would need to contact support and see if they can get them for you. 1-800-4my-xbox

    Your game saves are saved in the cloud, so no worries there.

    I had a similar problem with Ark the other day, I download a 30GB update to get me ready for the Xbox One X, lo and behold I had to re-download the exact same file one day later. now it could be that it was two separate updates, but I doubt it. normally
    when something like this happens Wild Card mentions it on twitter.

    On the right of your dash click on "system",then storage,pick the device that the items are stored on,like your hard drive & you can delete them from there.

    Other option is to just leave it and have whatever achievements count towards your gamerscore. This is support forum and most of us are just gamers like you so there isnt anyway to get into your account.

    Actually, you don't have to repurchase all the items. DLC is licensed to both the gamertag and the console it was first downloaded to. This means that any gamertag can access your DLC from the same console. This does not include avatar items.

    Oh, so then you want me to buy ALL the mappacks etc..again, which are worth like 100 000MSP by now? Yeah, never going to happen. It shouldn't be hard for xbox support to delete the game from my profile for me...Can you atleast do that please?
