Deleted email with code

Discus and support Deleted email with code in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; My emails got deleted and i had a 1 month gold code for completing quests in it.     Deleted email with code


    My emails got deleted and i had a 1 month gold code for completing quests in it. Is there any way to get that back?

    Check your emails,spam folders. I got an email & a message over live containing the codes so even though you deleted the message you should have an email with the code.

    If you purchased the game through the Microsoft store and got an email with a redeemable code, you should check your deleted (Trash) folder as generally when you delete emails, they don't immediately get permanent deleted.

    sorry MS is not responsible for deleted codes from messages. they will not resend the code, if it was sent to the console as a message and you deleted that, I would have suggested seeing if it was emailed to you. but if you deleted the email itself then
    you lost out on that code, better be careful next time so this does not happen again.

    they do not resend emails if you did get a code and deleted the email before you could use it then you lost that code sorry.
