    Deleted e-mail associated with Xbox Live account.


    The e-mail associated with my old Xbox Live account was deleted, so I couldn't change it to a new e-mail. I'm just trying to see if there is any way to recover the gamertag, or if I'm completely screwed.

    Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

    So, I have already an Xbox Live user and my E-mail account I used to sign in Xbox Live is about to close. Can I use a different E-mail account to sign in Live with the same user?

    It's important, because I have all my achievements/ plus friends in this user and I cannot try it out, because I have not created another E-mail account, yet.

    How can I delete an account

    Hello,

    It's not possible to "delete" an account from Microsoft's servers in the traditional sense. If you have personal information on the account you can request it be deleted from the account but the gamertag that's associated with the e-mail cannot be deleted.

    If you need to change your e-mail so this specific e-mail attached to this account is usable again then please follow the directions
    here to change the e-mail associated with the account.

    I'm a bit confused here.. How did you change the e-mail of an account that had another account already associated with it? Only 1 e-mail can be associated with 1 XBOX Live Gamertag. If a gamertag is permanently suspended I do not believe they offer any sort
    of e-mail changes or anything of the sort.

    Yeah, sadly, if you deleted an account then it's not accessible.

    However, if you call Xbox Support, they might be able to help and might be able to associate the e-mail of the account to a real, usable e-mail.
