Deleted Code

Back when I had purchased fallout 4 I got a code for forza horizon 3 giving me a vehicle for the game at the time I did not have forza nor did I plan in a million years to get it but my friend had given it to me as a gift but aside from that I did delete
it and now I can't go back and get it thanks

So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
800704cd. Please help!!
