deleted code for walking dead season 2 episode 1 in the message center on my console

all i want is to get a copy of my free code that i was given why is that so god damn hard

Hi - I got sent a promo code for Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 1 but my brother deleted the message - can this be re-sent please.

 

Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 1 Code Disappeared!

Hi there, I got an xbox message a few weeks ago containing a code for Season 2 Episode 1 of the Walking Dead. Yesterday I finished season 1 and today I was excited to enter the code and start Season 2 but my message was no longer in my inbox! Is there any
way to recover my message with the code? I really appreciate it thank you.

 

Hey mate, so let me see if I understand this, you deleted a message which had a code in it for a free copy of TWD S1 Ep 1?

If that's correct, the reason it would be so hard to get a copy of the code is there's no real way to determine which code belongs to you unless you have it written down somewhere or something as it's not attached to your gamertag or anything....

Also I don't know if there's even a way support staff can look into deleted messages and they do not replace codes either so you might be out of luck unfortunately.
