Deleted accounts and all save files terminated

Hi, I was on my 360 and my sibling played it and returning to my console an hour later to discover all versions of the same profile had been deleted. It is possible my sibling took off my accounts from the console but my profile and save files on a memory
stick had all been deleted as well, which I didn't think was possible from a console. I highly doubt my sibling removed my filed but the weird part is, the content on the memory stick was showing that it was taking up space, meaning it was still there. Also
when I get over the fact that I just spent three years of my life doing nothing I start playing again and get a decent part through playing borderlands the pre sequel and return a day later to find that had vanished into thin air again. The only files I have
are the ones linked to the game developers themselves such as grand theft auto online an battlefield bad company 2 multiplayers. I would really appreciate some help here. Thanks

Rise of the Tomb Raider only starts with DLC installed, if console is switched offline.

Deleted all saves made new account. Fresh save file no safes from other account and no synch from other account. -> Game launches without DLC - game launches with DLC only if offline.

So it can't be the saves.

Have you tried re-downloading your profile? If your sibling did delete your profile though, it's possible they also selected "remove all game saves" as that is an option when you delete a profile.

My save file and all skulls and terminals are gone aswell

I have got it fixed.. in forza you can delete the profile by holding all 4 shoulder button and pressing y at the splash screen.

This fixed it , now I have no problems
