    I have deleted my account in 2013 but I still receive E-mails on my old Gamertag. The email-adress is the same I am using right now. (I created this account to be able to post this) Is there a way that you can unsubscribe me from the Rewards email list or
    even delete my old account in rewards. If you need more information, please let me know. My old Gamertag is HighRoller107.

  2. Haven't received Vault reward yet (2)

    I made a post some days ago about a Vault reward I didn't receive, a $25 Visa prepaid card.

    The user XBLRewards8 responded me and said they re-sent me the e-mail and that it could be in my spam folder, but I checked and it's still not there. I used a different e-mail to receive the reward instead of the e-mail from my account. Is there a way the
    e-mail can be sent to my main account instead?

  3. Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

    So, I have already an Xbox Live user and my E-mail account I used to sign in Xbox Live is about to close. Can I use a different E-mail account to sign in Live with the same user?

    It's important, because I have all my achievements/ plus friends in this user and I cannot try it out, because I have not created another E-mail account, yet.

    Thanks for all the information! We were able to easily confirm that these two accounts had the same e-mail, and that the High Roller 107 account was still enrolled in the program. We have removed that account, and you should no longer receive messaging for
    that gamertag.
