    Deleted account and no email or password


    Ok so I put my account on a flash drive but then I forgot it was on there and wiped the flash drive. The real problem is I used a fake email and password so I can't download It.

    Sign in with Kinect!

    I had it recently where I had to manually sign in every time with my password when it use to just recognise me. But I'd forgot I had updated my account details online and changed my primary email address. All you have to do is delete your account on the xbox one and then log in with your updated email and password. Now I just say xbox on and it auto loads me in.

    Xbox live terms of service screw-up.

    I have a parental account set up for my account, so I have to have that account provide it's email and password. The email that it is registered under has been deleted and is no longer recoverable. There is no way to reach the email or change the parental
    accounts email without providing the password, which it then rejects because the account no longer exists. I need help with this situation.

    Sorry to hear it. This is one of the issues with creating fake accounts.

    What you can do though is give phone support a call and so long as you can answer some account specific questions they can give you the email address. From there you may be able to change the password for the account.

    Can't access child account because parental account has been deleted.

    I fixed the problem... finally. I managed to change the password of the email linked to the parental account. I deleted the xbox live account but not the email.

    Xbox 360 hard drive switch.

    When I sign to the original account it gives me a popup saying: (You'll need this profile's microsoft account password to sign in.) Then I have a menu to type both my email and password. My email for this account is deleted so they're asking me to sign in
    to a dead email.

    Changing the Microsoft Account associated with my gamertag gives an unrecognised error.

    Delete the account, then use your current email and password to recover it. Then , try changing the password (If that doesnt work , email swapping won't)

    Changing Email without Email

    I know what the email is that is connected to the xbox account but that email has been deleted by the service provider for inactivity. The only thing I don't know is the password and I can't reset it because the email has been deleted. What I am wondering is if someone at Microsoft can change that email to my email that actually works so that I can reset the password similar to what they did with my Mojang account.
