    Anyone know how I can delete a Save Slot, to leave it empty again?

    I have got it fixed.. in forza you can delete the profile by holding all 4 shoulder button and pressing y at the splash screen.

    This fixed it , now I have no problems

    I am having a strange problem that only seems to occur on my profile.

    I have the digital version of Forza 5 and I have managed to play a bit of the game on other profiles.

    Except that my profile seems to crash it just before the second race starts and there is no way to avoid it.

    It just loads up and instantly and trys to make you a do a race in the alps.

    It mentions something about Driveatars and says push A to continue. As soon as you do the game crashes and sends you back to home screen.

    I tried making a new profile but it works fine, it gestalt this bit, it just seems to be my original profile.

    The problem seems to be related to the specific save file used on my original profile.

    I would imagine if I could delete the save file. It would start it again and be fine.

    However I can't find anywhere to view or delete the save files associated with the profile.

    Is there any way to wipe the save file and start again?

    I can play the game on other accounts but the gold account I have had for 7 years and the one I purchased the game with doesn't allow me to play it.

    I have tried deleted and reinstalling the game, removing the account from the Xbox and redownloading.

    Nothing is working it just synced with the cloud and loads that save every time.

    It doesn't appear to be hardware or game related just profile related.

    I had 21H2 update, but there was another one and after installing that, it looks like it works again.
    Thank you very much and I'm sorry for not trying such an easy solution.

    After this check, without uninstalling the games I suggest doing some system recovery processes like Defrag, SFC and CHKDSK why it may be something in the Game Pass App, however if after that the progress does not appear unfortunately there was some corruption of the data at the time of saving.

    Hey Takedown,

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with Forza.

    One thing I would recommend trying is to Power down the console by holding down the power button for 5 seconds. This will also clear your system cache.

    Leave your console off for about 30 seconds and then turn it back on and try playing the game again.
