    Questions for new buyer

    I don't have the cloud as I am not a gold live member. So it's good to know I can just delete the game installation and not my save data.

    You would need to contact support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     as they are the only ones who can issue refunds.

    If they do refund you, you will only get back the unused months & as far as I know it will be Microsoft credit although i'm not 100% sure on how they refund you.

    Daft is correct any refund will always go back as credit towards future purchase for Xbox products (live gold, DLC, games etc).
