Delete Cloud save data

Trying to start Crackdown over on Xbox 1. When I go to manage game, I then go to save data but the only option showing up when I either press A or start, delete everything. I choose this option(again, the only option) start the game,
and it syncs!!!! The data is NOT deleting! I have been trying this for 2 hours, looking up forums, posts, trying to contact support. I am so **** angry right now. I just cussed in this post but at the point where I don't care. Whoever designed the system layout
when choosing your different options was dropped on their head until retarded and has not gotten any better with age.

Tomb Raider Definitive Edition goes to black screen when I try to continue a loaded save

You CAN actually delete your save game data locally on your xbox and leave it in the cloud. Go to your games/apps section in dashboard and go to the game in question. There are options to delete the local save game data and save game data in the cloud. You
can delete local data or delete local and cloud data.

I hate having to ask a n00b question, but...

Since one of the updates, earlier, I cannot figure out how to delete cloud-based save data. It seems I can only delete local data. I use to be able to delete cloud saves, but I don't know what to click on or where to go to do that, now.

Can someone please enlighten me? Okay, maybe that's asking too much, but could someone tell me how to delete cloud saves?

You can manage your data for individual games through My games & apps on your Home screen. Here's how:

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide, and then select My games and apps.

Highlight the game, press the Menu button
on your controller, and then select Manage game.

In the menu on the left of the screen, scroll down to Saved Data, then highlight the saved data for your gamertag on the right and press the
A button
on your controller.

You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:

Delete everywhere removes your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on.

When you deleted the save data did you also delete it from the cloud save storage?

If the save data is corrupt, it will need to be deleted from the cloud as well or else the corrupted data will be uploaded back.

No, redownloading the games will not affect his save data, the save data is saved to the cloud, and is not deleted.

If you want to delete your Microsoft Ultimate Word Games cloud data, you can follow these steps:

Launch Microsoft Ultimate Word Games:
Start the game on your device.

Games are saved to the cloud if you are connected to the internet.

If the cloud save wasn't synced, you can't get your save data back.

Depending on the way you've deleted your game, you also deleted save data..

You can see if the data is still there when you go to my games and apps and check if the save data is still there.
