Delete Cache?

To clear cache on an Xbox One:

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

Plug the power cable back into the console.

Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

Turn on the console using the power button.

There isn't an online cache that you can download again. The only thing that will re-download are any updates that you had for games.

in the faqs, it says clearing the system cache will delete friends gamerpics. what does this mean?

It will delete your friend's gamerpics on their profile. But it will come back after a short amount of time, nothing to worry about.

When you view a friends profile or are in a party with them their gamerpic is stored in the cache. When you clear the cache that file is deleted, all that means is the next time you are in a situation to see their gamerpic is it downloaded again.
