ele esta vendo que eu estou com jogos novos e baixa para ele sem a minha permissão.

It's the same as it's always been. They are on the console so will stay on the console for all accounts. If however they get deleted from the console only your account can download them again. So yes, the "purchase" is tied to your account but anybody can play them on the first console they were downloaded to.

Your grammar tells me you aren't too good with english so I will keep it simple. Put a passkey on your account and don't let anyone but yourself use your account.

To create a passkey please go to the following site:

support.xbox.com/.../create-xbox-one-passkey

 

A passkey will only work on the console that it was originally created for.

OP - please create a new password for your gamertag on your console. Then follow the steps at the link below to require a password on all consoles.

This link is for the 360. I cannot guarantee that it will work on the Xbox One but it is worth a try.

Finally, be sure that you set your console as your Home console (just in case) and be sure to never, ever give out your login/password information again.
