Hi,

My xbox 360 is not working : error 82 on the screen (1102). I tried many many options but it can't work again.

But if i turn it on without screen, the light is green and stay green. When i plug a screen (by HDMI or specific port Xbox), the light become red and on the screen there is error 82.

So, i would to bring it at a recycling center. Before that, i would like to delete all my personnal datas (as i said, i can have a screnn to watch and use the xbox interface).

Is it possible to do that? how?

Try to delete your network settings first, then use this article about wired/wireless connection. If you still have the problem,
post your internet provider datas, your wireless router datas, and so on.

yes, of course. it was the first thing i tried. I spent a lot of time on différents forums and tried many things (i think) with any result....

Same issue here in Sudan, we understand sanctions rules, but not being able to sign in to play games we purchased before or use apps simply we can't understand. For an Xbox 360 and Xbox one owner with GOLD membership, I am throwing both devices in the trash
and switching all the way to playstation.

^^ Your only options are: 1) Call MS Support and pay to have them repair it for you, 2) Buy a new Xbox 360, or 3) Throw it in the trash.

NO. I deleted all save data for GOW2 on 360 and One. 360 game tries to load but after 5 to 10 seconds, I get black screen. I have to turn 360 off because it's locked up.
