Delete address from another country

I moved back to the UK after being in Canada for a year. I've changed all my location settings and my payment options back to UK ones. I'm able to buy/download Xbox One games but when I try it with any Xbox 360 games I'm told that there is no payment option
and I need to add one. When I try to do that I'm kicked out to the Canadian website and so can't add a UK credit card because the region option is locked to Canada.

I've looked all through my settings and account and it turns out that I still have a Canadian address in my account but I can't delete it. It says that it's "being used by your purchases and subscriptions". But like I said the only payment options I have
are UK ones and my Game Pass Ultimate subscription is tied to one of those.

I'm really not sure what's happening but I'd be really grateful for any help you can give.

You'll want to go to http://live.xbox.com/accountmigration and migrate your account region to the UK. The 360 system still sees you as being in Canada.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'd looked into that already but gave it another try. Still didn't work but somehow changing all my regions and payment info back and forth seems to have worked. Not sure how but at least it's working now.

Where did you buy it from.or kook at the documentation

If it's from another country you must.mail.it back to an address in that country and provide that address for warranry purposes

Xbox consoles aren't offically sold in your country so repair.services aren't.available

If you bought it fro.a store you need to find out what they imported.or if you bought it from another country you need to.have an address in that country and ship.it to that address at your expense and have an return address for that region

As you can see xbox console hardware isn't supported in Philippines

So.it wasn't legally sold but imported if you bought it from a Philippines store and bi warranty doesn't carry over country to country only unlocked international phones do that which you pay a premium for like vertas 10000 dollar phones

The thing is I did add another email address to primary and deleted the older email from primary. Also I have another account with this email address but still cannot login.

Since Cyprus is not a supported country you would not be able to enter a valid address for that country. Even if you were to enter a valid address for another country, you will run into issues downloading some content due to the region mismatch.
