Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. If you are on an Xbox one, you can do so by going into your Settings > Account > Payment and billing.

You will have the option to do so from there. Keep in mind, If you have an active reoccurring subscription on your account you will not be able to remove the card. In this scenario, you will have to

cancel the auto renewal of the subscription before removing the card.

ends or you cancel the subscription.

is it connected to an active membership?

are you suspended for payment info?

if either the only way to remove it is to add a different payment method and change the primary payment method

or call support to turn off autorenewal and wait till your account turns silver

if you are suspended for payment info you must pay off the balance and then you can call to turn off autorenewal and remove the card when it turns silver



if it is not connected to an active membership you can remove it here at accounts and manage payment options

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
