Delays in receiving Xbox One Controller back!!! Ridiculous!!! (DAY ONE or Regular)

So I have called Xbox Support over 16 times and still haven't received resolution. I sent in the controller in late February and they keep blaming shortages of supply for not sending me a new controller? Has anyone else experienced this? Also did an escalation
representative contact you and advise you that they have no time frame on getting them in?

I feel that as a group we need to stand together on this console. We really got the shaft on service and built quality. I feel like Microsoft threw together a console, which no one could explain much about until the release date. Had this of been Apple,
this would have been fixed the first week. They gave me a year of live, but whats the use of having a console or live when I can't play it do to no controller. I refuse to give them more money so they can screw me some more.

Major Nelson, where are you before I give up on the company and gaming in general?

Day One Edition Bundles Controllers?

So I've seen that Walmart and Best Buy now have day one edition bundles with extra controllers in them. I know each day one edition already comes with one day one controller with the special text and all that. But since some of the bundles come with an extra
controller automatically, and others you can choose between the game and an extra controller etc, will the extra controller(s) be "day one" editions too? Or JUST regular xbox one controllers?

I have had a very similar issue and you can find others here and on Reddit. Something very weird is going on at Microsoft and I would love to have some media types look into it. The rumble motors on my non-Day One controller started whirring/whining in
January. Mailed it in at my expense, eventually got upgraded to Tier 3 support. I received a well used and poorly packaged Day One controller about a week ago that was unusable because the ABXY buttons stuck, had poor input and limited range of motion. Once
again, mailed it in at my expense and waiting to hear something.
