    Delayed sound or no sound captures


    So ever since i got the xbox series x every captured ive clipped has no sound or delayed sound is sucks bc i like posting my content but i can’t when it has no sound i tried eveeything ive true hard reset soft reset deleting older clips eveeything nothing
    is working oh and also the problem seems to be only games optimized for series x and s games thats arent clips work fine for example EA UFC 4 clips work fine but games like Mortal Kombat 11 and Rainbow Six Siege and COD Cold War clips dont work so any help
    would be great

    Hey there Alilagan!

    Sorry to hear about the sound issue! Let's start with power cycling your Xbox One console and clearing the persistent storage off! To do that, follow these steps below:

    To power cycle the Xbox One console:

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once the unit is powered off, unplug the power cable from the Xbox One and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug the power back into the unit and power the console on.
    To clear persistent storage, follow these steps:

    • Press the menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
    • In the Settings menu, select Disc & Blu-ray settings.
    • From here, select Persistent storage and clear it.

    If I understand what you are talking about, it sounds like you need to empty the capture folder on your PC. The Game Bar will show the files that are in the capture folder. When you moved the capture folder it sounds like it changed the modified date
    on your old captures so they all showed up as recent again.
