    Delayed Ban Reason


    I was com banned yesterday and its been over 24 hours since then and the ban has not arrived on the enforcement history so I can't even give them a reason to un com ban me, for a multi million dollar company this seems like a slow system they have.

    Paul here from the Xbox forum Team here to assist however I can. With this specific issue I will have to refer you to our enforcement team. They can be reached at

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US     for any questions regarding enforcement action all the answers will be on the enforcement website. It is unfortunate as to this issue happening and you have my best wishes in getting
    this issue resolved. If you're unable to reach them there are a couple things you can try to fix the issue. First being what the ambassador suggested removing and re-adding your profile back to the Xbox One. I do recommend making sure you know you're account
    password before removing the profile. The second thing to do would be to
    Perform a Power Cycle of the console    . Please let us know how it goes
