Delay in new episodes being posted on XBox video

I have purchased a season pass for Broadchurch Season 2 ( being shown on BBC America) . The 3/25 episode is still not available on Xbox video , nearly 2 days after. Is there any time frame on how and when these shows get updates on Xbox? I think it is totally
unacceptable to pay for a season pass and wait several days to a week to watch a new episode .

does anyone know why the new episode hasn't been posted in xbox video? i already own the all the first 10 episodes, but yesterday was the release date of episode 11 and its still not on xbox. i was just curious because usually they post the same day as aired
on national television.

 

Arrow Season 2: Missing Season Pass? Only episodes 21 & 22 show up via Bing in Xbox Video

Hey there, Last week I posted about Arrow Season 2, Episode 21 being missing. Over the weekend, Arrow began locking up my console when I tried to open Arrow Season 2. Arrow Season 2 episode 22 aired yesterday so I checked it again tonight. Arrow was missing
the newest two episodes so I refreshed my purchase history. After that, Arrow disappeared from My TV Shows. When I search via Bing there are two different Season 2 listings: one for Xbox Video and one from all the other providers. When I select the one from
Xbox Video, only the two newest, missing episodes are listed: episodes 21 and 22. If I select either episode it says I have to purchase them. Any idea on what I should do?

 

I have the same issue with The Flash and Marvels Agents of Shield, On top of Agents of shield showing season one twice in the store and not showing season 2 at all. On top of many many other issues with xbox video.

I've just looked and I'm not able to find the issue with Agents of Shield showing season 1 twice. Where is it that you're seeing this? In addition, episodes 21 & 22 should be available in the next couple of hours.

 

I would recommend that you look at Apple TV as an option. No one from Microsoft ever responded to my issue. The issue did get better after a few weeks but then I faced a similar issue with Orphan Black Season 3. Once I started comparing the cost of a season
pass on ITunes vs XBox Live, I found that ITunes was cheaper by a dollar or two for the shows I watched and is updated more reliably.. I will bet that that you may find this as well. In addition , Apple TV costs less than $65 ( on Amazon) vs an Xbox Live yearly
membership of $120/yr and gives you AirPlay from your IPhone , IPad or other Apple devices. Also, I have an Amazon Prime membership which I use to watch free shows and that can be played over Apple TV too. Thank you, Microsoft for not responding to my question.
I ended up saving money and don't have to deal with your service disruptions of Friday and Saturday nights.

Next couple of hours? 6+ hours since your posting and episodes 21 & 22 are still not available. They should have been up yesterday morning. Do you know how difficult it is to avoid all media to not be spoiled on the season finale?

Too bad Amazon prime is not available yet in Canada.

 

So yeah those new episodes of agents of shield and the flash, still not up.. few days late now, also the newest episode of the arrow os a day late now. Why should I continue to use your service is this is the quality I'm paying for? 2nd days late on two
shows from separate networks and a day late on another.. since when did it take this long to upload a few gb of information?

 

I'm losing patience with Xbox Video...SHIELD's finale should've been posted two days ago..I dont understand why we always have these issues when Apple gets their shows on a regular basis

Completely understand the frustration. There's a technical problem we're working through that I wasn't made aware of at the time of my post. Unfortunately, I don't have any more information on when it's going to be fixed, we've got the right folks working
on it.

 

If your having technical issues uploading content than how were you able to upload kingsman this morning but can't upload our shows.

 

Still waiting on Agents of Shield Finale...

 

Ok so the new flash is finally up but still no agents of shield or the arrow.

 

As well as the finale of Madmen. Still waiting.

What did I pay for? Zero accountability.

I'm waiting for Episode 12 of Season Seven of RuPaul's Drag Race. They've already posted that on YouTube (crappy versions of it, of course), but I'd much rather download it through Xbox Video. It's only been a few hours' wait for me, but I hope it won't
take too long. I hope that the rest of you get to download your new episodes soon, too.
