    Definitive Edition not activating


    After buying the Definitive Edition, literally nothing is actually unlocked in-game. How should I go about actually unlocking anything? Should I try to refund the game and re-buy? I have tried resetting my PC, it accomplished nothing.

    It wasn't an upgrade, basically when the definitive edition came out, anyone that had the normal edition could get the definitive edition at a reduced price. But the offer was limited and has now expired. So if you want to purchase the definitive edition
    now, you have to pay the price that is shown.
