Defiance 2050

Why is defiance 2050 sending me back to the dashboard

Ive uninstalled it then reinstalled it and reset my router and it still does it some people have paid good money for this me included

microsoft need to monitor these games and make sure they havent got stupid issues like this especially when they have had a beta version

if i buy something and it doesnt work properly i should be allowed to get a refund

you really need to sort this out Please

Hi! This happens to me often and seems to center around the server status for defiance that it crashes so hard that the game closes. I’d say check for updates and unfortunately keep trying till it works. Doesn’t have much to do with Xbox from what I can
tell. At best try a hard reset for your Xbox (hold power button for 10 seconds on the console) and try resetting your router (turn off for 30 seconds) and hopefully it’ll make a little stronger connection.

if the game has issues its the developer that has to fix them not microsoft. I'm sure they are working on it, but you may want more help from the developer's support

It may be an issue on the developer's side and often times they test thoroughly for these types of issues. However, upon release, anything can happen and I'm sure they are scrambling to fix it right now!

how did you get on, back up and running?

 

I experience that also...You just need to wait for a patch.

 

You can get refunds via Xbox phone support.

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

 

I would bet this was around the time they were doing patches/fixes after the game launched. The servers were probably offline at the time.

 

Back to dashboard while playing? Because that happens to me as well, usually when there are a lot of enemies and players on the screen like during arkfalls.

 

I believe that Defiance 2050 is in some form of early access at the moment, I read that the actual release is still a little ways out according to Trion. The games performance really has nothing to do with Microsoft.
