Defense grid DLC problem

I recently installed the original defense grid onto my xbox one, including all the DLC for it. It shows that the game and all of the DLC are downloaded and installed, but only the first map pack shows up in the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
all of the content and it is still not showing up in my game.

it was suppose to be released today and their websites says it was released by there was no sign of it when I checked before I left for work

Sorry to hear about the DLC issues you're having with Defense Grid. If you haven't already, please try uninstalling the game, power cycle by holding power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One powers off). If you haven't had a chance also check out
our
Backward Compatibility Troubleshooter.

So we can gather some additional information please also fill out the survey near the end of the troubleshooter so that we can pass off the information to the appropriate teams.

 

I am also having problems with the defense grid dlc. The 4 map packs and the you monster dlc (the latter for some reason being named map pack 1, the same as the first map pack, in the manage game area so there are 2 map pack 1 entries) are unplayable. For
the 4 map packs all the text for the descriptions are complete gibberish and when i try to play one the game just crashes. And for the you monster campaign, when i load a level there are no textures, everything is pink. And that is when the dlc is recognised
and visible. Sometimes the dlc levels don't show up and othertimes they show up as $SCAM_<campaign name here>. Eg "$CAM_You_Monster"

 

Hey oOYou SuckOo! Have you tried the troubleshooting steps posted by Mister Maka? If so, I would suggest submitting the survey at the bottom to make sure the right team sees this. Thanks!

 

I'm having a similar problem - I purchased the You Monster DLC on Xbox One, have downloaded it, and it does not show up in the game. I have attempted the fix proposed by Mister Maka below, and no change in what happened when I reinstalled the game and the
DLC. Filling out the survey now.
