Defective Xbox One Products

I purchased an xbox one 2 months ago as well as another controler which you have to because some greedy corporation decided it needed more money. Who plays games all by themselves and never has friends over. Dont buy any xbox products from Best Buy unless
you purchase their warranty as they wont stand behind the products they sell! The controler that came with the xbox one wont power on at all and the additonal one I HAD TO BUY has a defective joy stick. Now i have to fill out a form and send off the two
controllers to Microsoft and they said they will ship me two new ones in 14-20 days. I am sure this is business days so 3 weeks i can finally use the console and games i have spent over $1200 on!!!!!!!!!! This is completly unacceptable and is what is wrong
with half of the business in this world day!!!! Mcdonalds has better customer service than this!!!!!!!!!!!!

Defective Console - Poor Resolution, Giant SCAM by Microsoft

Had the xbox one for 1.5 weeks. Played it once, loved it. Tried to play it a second time today and won't turn on. Called xbox customer support and they tell me that it is most likely the power brick that is defective. In order to get it repaired I either
need to buy a new one through them or pay the shipping to have it sent and repaired. So essentially I am sold a defective product and then have to pay for the inconvenience of a defective product with additional cost and time wasted.

 

Console power light

Strange, perhaps a manufacturing defect. It would be cool if the next Xbox could have the option to change the color of the light. It's a real hindrance when you buy something for a loved one and the product is defective due to sloppy manufacturing. I still remember when my dad bought me one of my first games for the original Xbox and there was no disc inside.

 

I think you should check your consumer rights if you bought the system from Best Buys then the contract is with them they sold you the product not Microsoft so you are in your rights to ask Better Buy to Replace your console which they have to buy law here
in UK check your consumer rights and speak with shop manger not floor sales person who will try and flog you off.

 

Don't mix up UK law with US law they are not the same.

Xbox console.... $499 max.. Xbox controller $60.. Maybe 2 games $120 max... XBL $70 max please splain' to us lucy how you spent $1200

First off, you DID NOT have to buy a second controller, you decided to on your own will.

Best Buy has a 14 day warranty on electronics, 30 days if unopened. Regardless MS will warrant the product for a year.

MS also offers Advanced exchange program.... you could have a new controller in 2 days.... or go buy a new controller for $50, since you spent $1200 on a X1 + 2 controllers.... (ouch.... that had to hurt)....

They are electronic's, they fail.

 

LOL..... time to get mom and dad involved... lawyer up!

Maybe the controller battery need a charging.
