defective xbox one from amazon

Would switching the powerbrick from my xbox1 and replacing with another powerbrick fix my issue.

Okay i purchased an xbox one through amazon. The problem is is the powerbrick so post to alway

Be orange i noticed that my PB has been makibg clicking noise and than go to orange

Hard Drive Transfer.

Since it's brand new, exchange it with Amazon as defective. Amazon should provide a free return label.

 

Anyone ever been treated like this from a huge rich company , So dissapointed with microsoft ... im very anoid

If it is defective from Amazon why don't you return it for a replacement? If you have a friend with a One you could try their power brick and see if it corrects the problem.

 

Hi i would like to recorrect something if setting your xbox one to powersaving mode possible causing it to turn orange?

 

The power supply should always have a light on it.

Orange light on power supply/no light on Xbox One = Xbox One is off

White light on power supply/no light on Xbox One = Xbox One is in standby (charge controllers, download updates, etc.)

White light on power supply/white light on Xbox One = Xbox One is on

 

When i unplugged once it turned orange but it main color is solid white and its on and running

 

That is correct. When running the power light on the power supply is white.

 

It only happend a few times once when I unplugged the xbox1 and another time when i moved the console around
