Defective Xbox Elite controller

Hi! My elite controller have the same problem, and it is out of warranty. It is another defect in an 180$ controller.

My elite series 2 rb button doesnt work and i cant find a replacement button how do i fix this

Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam

Please help me! I recentley went on a trip to the UK and purchased and Xbox elite controller. When I got back to my home country I opened it up and started playing with. For the first month it was working fine. Then one day I started playing with
it but the buttonswhere stuck in, the bumpers are all mest up, the air trigger switch broke, 1 of my paddles didnt work and many many more problems. I bought this controler in January and I was wondering if I could get a replacement ( I am so sick and tired
of the stupid thing not working). Please, please, please can someone help me with this. I dont live in the same country where I got it and 6 months have past, please can I get a replacement.

You should head over to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ then sign in and register the controller if it is in warranty you should be easily able to get a repair or replacement
swap out if its not in warranty I'd imagine you would have pay some sort of repair fee but also go to support.xbox.com and chat with a support agent in possible ways to get it resolved through repair or replacement.

I have an xbox one elite controller, it's working fine - Use it as my primary controller and the grips / buttons all work fine, you must have been unlucky and received a defective unit.

I have 2 elite controller both have their gripes falling off and it not like u can just put it back on... when u try to it doesn't fit right almost as if the rubber part is too big and doesn't fit the controller.... 300$ on 2 elite controller and neither
are close to a year old, Microsoft so be offering free replacement on their defective products especially when they themselves acknowledge that it's defective.... I want my 300$ back or 2 new elite controllerso with a lifetime quarentee..
