    Defective Chat head set


    I have had my Xbox one for almost 2 months. I take great care of my xbox one and the accessories. I left home today and my chat headset that came with the xbox one was working. I came home and it was not working. I tried everything that the support forums
    and support suggested and i still cant talk over my head set. I can hear but noone can hear me. I hooked a friends headset to my controller and his head set worked great. I am sure the whole system is under warrenty. What do i need to do to get the head set
    replaced? What is wierd is my friend has had his head set for over a year. His dog has chewed on them several times. His still work. Mine have never been abused. Also why does it always say i am from the UK on the xbox site? Why is my currency in pounds? I
    am from Alabama, United States. I have looked every where trying to find out how to change it from uk to US but i have not found a way.

    Xbox headset audio cracking, and audio issues.

    the only other thing it possible could be is your actual blue tooth connection from the head set to the console, a defect on the Manufacturing side. unless they are the wired ones then its the port on the controller.
