Defect GTA V! Injury and neglect

I bought the game GTA V, on 10/0313, I have the invoice to prove. The game came sealed, in perfect condition, with genuine seal, originally from Microsoft. After 9 months on 06/30/14, the game came to presenting problem, disk malfunction, it took
off the underside, with smudges on the surface (cast net), resulting in their not functioning. And worse, it was not unkempt, falling or forces of nature, was just taking off. I contacted Xbox support and they could not help me, claiming that I have for my
new game would have to shell out a new cash payment. It incabível because the game broke down alone-not being fair, it is a durable good. Considering these factors, I feel extremely wronged because I bought the ORIGINAL game, trusted the company Rockstar Games;
the record producer Sonopress Rimo and quality certification of Microsoft, a company renowned for having the world should make sure the best quality in the manufacture of their games. Even this is the second time I defect occurs in Xbox 360 games produced
here in Brazil! Gave proper care to the product, there is no reason for such destruction occurs. This problem is configured as property damage, also going against the good faith of consumer law. Furthermore, I hope action!

So i redeemed gta online and i uninstalled my gta v and reinstalled it again because it freezes mid game.. will the gta online still accessible after i reinstalled gta v?

 

What big reveals are you hoping for?

Maybe we'll see GTA V PC Mods come over at some point.

I don't see how this is a problem Microsoft can take care of. If you are having an issue with the actual disc for GTA V then you should take that up with Rockstar. Microsoft did not make that game, Rockstar did. So you really should contact Rockstar and
deal with them.

 

Did you by chance move your x box while the game was inside on or off? If so then you did scratch the disc.

 

SnidePompano9 - I realize that Microsoft does not make GTA V, who produces here in Brazil is Sonopress Rimo. But what led me to come here complain about is the fact that I contacted the producer Sonopress and they did not answer me later entered the Rockstar
Games support and they said that whoever takes care of exchanging the damaged games is Ecogames (distributor , takes care of the logistics). And the detail, such Ecogames said it would offer support, negligent company. So did the call come here! Whether or

That's about as old as mine. Is it possible the laser may be worn out? If the laser wears out, it has a harder time reading the sectors on the disc. Also, it makes it harder to play the games via reading the disc.

were out of place???

but I can't comprehend what you are trying to say there.

Unless you got an extended warranty on the game (which most people don't) you're only covered by the 90 day return policy. You are out of your 90-day warranty and therefore, ***.

 

For any problem I would contact Rockstar support. You have to make a ticket about your problem. They are pretty good (to me) about responding to your ticket within a few days.

 

yea, do not call XBOX Customer Support because that is an issue that can only be handled by the developer, in this case, rockstar.
