    Default gamerpic missing


    My girlfriend had this gamerpic:

    And it got changed by accident, well when we went to change it back it wasn't there. I don't know the name of it, but I think it's from Perfect Dark. It doesn't
    show up in the hard drive or the gamerpic selection screen. Is it from a gamerpic pack? is there a way to recover it?

    Looks like one that came pre-installed on the storage device. If it has been deleted, you can't download this one. A small selection of the original gamer pictures are on the Xbox 360 guide of an Xbox 360 backwards compatible game if you use an Xbox One.

    Avatar not showing on live site and gamerpicture different.

    I'm not sure about the avatar, but the gamerpic is an Xbox One gamerpic. The website has been updated to show Xbox One gamerpics in some areas instead of 360 gamerpics. If you don't have a One, you're given a default gamerpic. Gamercards have not been updated
    to show Xbox One information which is why it's still a 360 gamerpic.

    Oh, so you're looking to use default Gamerpics that we can choose from the Xbox App or Xbox console? I can't see that in my end as well, we can either upload a customer Gamerpic or use the default which is our name initials.
