Deep Rock Galactic on PC its not working

I bought the game deep rock galactic, I downloaded the game (in the computer), so that's fine, but when I go to play, the game simply does not open, opens the game window gives a loading and then closes, I tested the game in my xbox one, and it worked
but when I try on the PC gives it, I already installed it on two different computers and it does not work, please have someone with the same problem as mine? I want to know
