Dedicated space for streaming services

@Revenge Are they having dedicated servers or not? Show me a link. Streaming PS3 games is not dedicated servers lol.

twitch was the original way to stream when the xbox one launched and was optimised for the snap feture, it was quick and easy then, then they ditched the snap function and make it clunky, now they are getting rid of mixer not sure how they are going to make
this better.

they may put a dedicated broadcast button in the guide again and give you the option which service to stream too but as this is Microsoft they will probably not bother and make it difficult.

There's actually a limited amount of space for that on the Xbox but Xbox won't eliminate it just because, that would be someone else doing that or lack of more dedicated space

I wish there was some sort of add on controller just dedicated to screenshots and streaming available.

The games do have compression, in fact there is dedicated hardware specifically for that purpose in the machine

High resolution textures and high polygon models take up a lot of space. If you download of these assets uncompressed, they would take up hundreds of gigabytes and even terabytes

We are already have a large number of games that are over 100 GB

If they didn’t stream detailed map data for flight simulator, that is 2 petabytes
