Decreased gamerscores

Well hello there fellows.

So umm I don really know how to start

Ok. My gamerscores got decreased somehow like if I remember correctly my gamerscores was 84105 but now for some reason it shows 77370 like what are you serious. I don really know how it happened, when I go to my games and in some games it shows 0 achievements
unlocked for this games like black ops 3 but I unlocked ton of achievements in that game, yet it shows 0 achievements unlocked for that game. So yea that's pretty much it hope I did explain it clearly,Thank you 4 reading my post

Decreased Gamerscore

My gamerscore was at 60,000+ total yesterday. However today it has decreased to 56,718. Why has this happened? Any advice is welcome.

Check http://enforcement.xbox.com to make sure you haven't been a gamerscore reset. If not, then it's just a glitch that should fix itself.

Like you said it sometimes resolves itself. Have you tried performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console
for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Looking at your Gamerscore I assume this has resolved itself.

If it happens again don't worry.It's a glitch that has happened to quite a few people,including me.

In every case I've seen the Gamerscore & achievements have gone back to normal after a few days.

If it was a Gamerscore reset then every xbox 360 game achievements would be reset.
