    Decrease Tenure?


    Hello everyone, everything good. Could you help me on this matter? I've been an xbox user on this same profile since 2010, and recently I came across that my Tenure has been going down. Last years it was 7 and now it is marking 4. This account is quite old and I did not understand the reason for the drop in this value. I thought this badge was the xbox live period (account period), right?

    My tenure should say 10 years but says 4 years (last year it was 7) ,right now. I first noticed it about a week ago

    A number of users have had tenure glitches that cause their tenure to either decrease or remain stuck where it is. It eventually corrects itself.

    It's tenure, not a badge. It's how long you've had Gold specifically. If you've had periods without Gold it wouldn't count that. Otherwise, if it's of then something is going on with the servers. All you can do is wait and see if it updates correctly. For some people it's not always entirely correct.

    HI,

    Tenure is cumulative, meaning the time you had gold adds up regardless of breaks and therefore will not decrease.

    Hello, I will need you to follow those steps in order to fix the issue:

    First I will need you to remove and re-add your account. In order to do that please go to: settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account.

    In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.
